I joined Powerful by Design the Collective because I wanted to get a new outlook on changing my business and find out the possibilities. I also wanted to learn from others and their experiences that are on a similar path. What I have gained by joining Powerful by Design the Collective is more than I thought I would see. In a short amount of time found and set specific and clear goals, are moving me closer to creating the professional life that I had only dreamed of having. I have been able to: 1. Revamp my schedule to make space for more of my ideal clients who are willing to make the investment in themselves.2. Determine, prioritize and let go of programs that keep my business from growing3. Develop the confidence to my change rates and fees that reflect the value and massive impact that I am delivering to my clients and accurately reflect my experience and education4. Increase my ability to make daily habits that keep me focused and moving forward: such as journaling (the important stuff) and tracking my progress5. Generate feelings of empowerment and momentum because I have completed my goals earlier than projected by showing up and following the process. If you are ready to see the possibilities, results and invest in your business and life, then join The Collective.

Rachel’s program has been instrumental in helping me redefine my priorities and definition of success. Her collaborative, personal, and direct approach helped me quickly identify the areas of my career and personal life where I needed direction and clarity. I saw transformative results in four months. We all need a champion and a mentor on our journey, and investing in my time and work with Rachel has offered a tenfold return.
When I first met Rachel Freemon Sowers three months ago, I knew instantly that she was going to be able to help me. My professional career life was taking a toll on my mental health and I needed guidance to decipher what to do next so that it did not blend negativity into my home life with my husband and kids.My work life was stressing me out and I felt like I lost my mind! I had gotten to a point that I felt like I lost my mind! I had gotten to a point that I cried on the way to and from work which I knew was not healthy and simply not me. It takes a lot for me to cry and I could not figure out how to bounce back to being myself. She was a great listener and made me think about things so that I could resent to being confident and happy. She worked with my timeframe as we started meeting weekly, then as necessary. She quickly got me to a place that I could make it to and from work without crying.Within this short timeframe of working with Rachel, she helped me to get back to peace. My friends and family have commented on how I seem happier and they like seeing me smile again. She gave me confidence and made me strong again! Thank you Rachel for being part of this journey with me.
Since working with Rachel, I’m able to recognize what’s in my control and what’s not in my control. She’s guided me in some very high-level thinking and processing and I now have tangible skills I can use to manage stress, set and re-set goals as needed, establish clear boundaries, and identify and relay my goals to others.
Rachel has a tremendous ability to help me see what’s important and what’s not important and she does that in an incredibly graceful and non-pushy way. I don’t think I’ve ever had her say to me ‘No, that’s wrong.’ Instead, she guides me in seeing what is actually important.
After a lifetime of struggling with boundaries, Rachel helped me learn how to set boundaries, let people know what they are, and handle relationships with friends, family, and co-workers in a healthier way. I’m no longer afraid to speak up and say, ‘I’m not cool with that’ or ‘That’s not the type of friendship I want.
After relocating to a new town, I found myself in a very negative, dark place. I tried working with a couple of therapists and I was getting nowhere. Then I found Rachel and we just connected immediately. I was struggling in my marriage and with my self-confidence and self-esteem. I needed someone to help me see my self-worth and how my happiness is based on what I do for myself. Rachel definitely helped me with that. Since working with her, I feel so much more in control of myself and my life.
Friends! Fellow Fempreneurs! I just got off of a video call with Rachel Freemon Sowers. The level of her clarity, expertise, knowing, experience and connection to Source never ceases to amaze me.My problems look insurmountable to me. I am sure there is no where to turn and I must quit the single most important thing in my life right now. I must let my son down in a betrayal of unspeakable proportions... That is until I talked to Rachel about it.She honors me, my greatness, my tribulations, my path. She honors my son and all of who he is. She honors my family. She honors. She makes clear. She does not tell me what to do. That would put her assistance in the camp with well meaning, but misguided advice I get from people who love me but have no idea who I am.I now know exactly what I need to do, or allow. I am at ease in the turmoil. I am now in touch with my own knowing after talking to her. I can advance with confidence because Rachel held the lamp along my path.Thank you, Rachel. You are amazing and the world is lucky to have you
With all the heart break and sadness we are all going through right now I can’t say enough about the skills I have learned from Rachel to help me NOT go back down the path of feeling like a victim. The skills and support Rachel teaches us and how to move through some of the toughest times in our lives are life changing. If you are looking for a life changing path please reach out to my friend Rachel. Thank you again my friend for sharing your passion and gifts with us.
Rachel gave me the support and guidance I needed to find my authenticity, to trust myself, and gain confidence in myself and what I have to offer as a therapist. The benefit to my professional growth has been huge!
